Total Fitness is a chain of health clubs, operated by Total Fitness UK Limited. The clubs are concentrated in the North of England, plus a club each in Wrexham, Wales and 3 inDublin, Ireland. Membership is mid-priced, and the clubs are relatively large. Membership of one club allows you to visit all Total Fitness clubs.

Total Fitness employs around 1,000 staff and around 180,000 members. It was established by Kwik Save founder Albert Gubay in 1993, and sold to the private equity arm of Legal & General in December 2004 for £85million. ^{[1] [2]}
