Yony Flores (born 16 February 1983 in Guatemala City) is a Guatemalan football defender who currently plays for CSD Municipal in the Liga Nacional de Guatemala.

Flores has made 16 appearances for the full Guatemala national football team, including seven qualifying matches for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.^[1] He was part of the squad for the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup, but did not make any appearances.^[2]
