Wu Sha (born 21 October 1987) is a Chinese pole vaulter.

She won the 2003 Asian Championships in a new championship record of 4.20 metres.

Her personal best jump is 4.30 metres, achieved in August 2003 in Shijiazhuang and then twice more in 2007 and 2008.
