It is the largest subdivision in Melbourne. The road, Windover Way, is the same road from the Titusville subdivision, 25 miles further north. It is similar to the adjoining Lake Washington, and Deer Run. It is home to the WFHA transmitter tower. [edit] GeographyWindover Farms is located at 28°10′49″N 80°42′01″W / 28.18028°N 80.70028°W. The area of the subdivision is 5 square miles (13 km2). The average elevation of the subdivision is 30 feet above sea level. 3.1 miles to the southwest is Lake Washington Park. To the east is Brevard County Road 509 and Palm Shores. To the west is Interstate 95. To the south is the adjoining Lake Washington. To the north is Suntree.
