William de Aldeburgh, 1st Baron Aldeburgh (b. bef. 1349-1 April 1388) was a British peer, the son of Sir Ives Aldeburgh.

He married Elizabeth de l'Isle before 1364. They had three children.

• Sir William Aldeburgh, 2nd Lord Aldeburgh (b. bef. 1358-1391)
• Elizabeth Aldeburgh (b. bef. 1363-1417)
• Sibyl Aldeburgh (b. bef. 1367-1439)

In 1364 he and his wife were enfeoffed of the manor of Harewood, Yorkshire, by Sir Robert de l'Isle. He was created 1st Lord Aldeburgh on 8 January 1370/71.
