William Aurélien Etéki Mboumoua (born 20 October 1933, Douala) served as the Secretary-General of the Organization of African Unity from 1974 to 1978. He succeeded Nzo Ekangaki who had served since 1972. Edem Kodjo succeeded Eteki, serving until 1983.[1] Prior to his work in the OAU, Eteki held the posts of Education[2] and Foreign Minister.[3] [edit] References
