The Italy taskforce covers:

• All Italian clubs, leagues and competitions and associated articles
• Italian football organisations
• Players and managers that are Italian, or have played for an Italy club
• Stadiums in Italy
• Articles associatied with the Italy national football team.

• Tag related articles to include the Italy=yes parameter, including those in Category:Football in Italy
• Review importance and quality of existing articles according to the Assessment Department suggestions
• Identify articles for creation
• Identify articles for improvement to GA and FA status
• Recruit interested Wikipedians

• Expand the Lega Calcio, Lega Pro and LND articles
• Improve the history section on Serie A to split it between different sections relating to different periods in its history
• Expand the Coppa Italia article
• Create missing Serie B articles per season
• Create missing Coppa Italia articles per season
• Improve player articles by adding infoboxes to all
• Expand the lower divisions articles starting from Serie D
• Expand the list of football clubs in Italy and update it to the current season
• Keep the List of foreign Serie A players up to date
• Keep the List of foreign Serie B players up to date
• Add more public domain pictures to stadium articles
