• The goal of this project is to provide a forum for discussion of economics articles and topics, and through discussion, provide guidelines for articles related to the field of economics.
• The vision of this project is to improve every economics article substantially so that every article reaches the level of quality of a Featured Article.
• The aspiration of this project is to make Wikipedia an authoritative guide to economics.

The neutrality of this section is disputed. Please see the discussion on the talk page. Please do not remove this message until the dispute is resolved.

• Editors should familiarize themselves with Wikipedia policy on verifiability and reliable sources.
• Economics articles should present economic theories proportional to their weight in reliable sources.
• Regarding validity, peripheral or parochial theories should not have their centrality to the discipline misrepresented. We should describe the majority views as such.
• WikiProject Economics/Style guide describes a proposed style for economics articles.
• WikiProject Economics/Reliable sources and weight gives proposed guidance on obtaining reliable sources and assigning due weight in economics articles.
