This page and its subpages contain their suggestions; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians. If you would like to help, please inquire on the talk page and see the to-do list there. For more information on WikiProjects, please see Wikipedia:WikiProjects and Wikipedia:WikiProject best practices. Welcome to the WikiProject on Airlines - Scope
- Goals
To establish standardization for some information that should be contained within airline articles. This would include suggested heading and tables. The primary goal is to make airline articles have a consistent feel. - Identify an existing article that can be used as a model
- Create a standard infobox
- Create a list of suggested headings that all articles should contain
- Create standard tables that can be used to display common information
- Review the existing categories and determine if changes are required
- Update existing articles to new standard
- Update destinations to include airport names
- List missing destination airports at Wikipedia:WikiProject Airports

[edit] Tagging and assessment Any article related to this task force should be marked by adding {{WPAVIATION|Airlines-project=yes}} to the top of its talk page (see the project banner instructions for more details on the exact syntax). This will automatically place it into Category:WikiProject Airlines articles. [edit] Hierarchy definition No classification of this project has been defined. [edit] General strategy and discussion forums [edit] Different Way of Cross Referencing Aircraft I've started a discussion over on the WikiProject Aircraft about cross-referencing aircraft operators and aircraft types via category pages. Lets keep the discussion over there, since this would have to be a cross project collaboration.
