WP:CORE COTW

This Collaboration of the Fortnight is intended to work on essential topics that would go in a release version of Wikipedia. We no longer manage one article a fortnight; the interval is normally around a month per article.

We started with articles listed at Wikipedia:Version 1.0 Editorial Team/Core topics and Wikipedia:Version 1.0 Editorial Team/Core topics/Supplement; we are willing now to consider other major topics such as those listed at WP:VA.

Only approval votes count. Nominations can be removed after one month if they are not seconded.

The current COTF is Amazon rainforest, and the next winner will start approximately September 14.

Please vote only if you expect to work on the article.
