The temp_deorphan table is created with Wikipedia:Orphaned Articles/How to update. The temp_sizesmall table is also used at Wikipedia:Shortpages/How to update.

[edit] Triddle method

I've placed a list on this project page that was generated with perl. It scans a dump of the cur table then scans a dump of the links table to generate the list; this takes about 10 minutes. If you would like more information just drop a note on my talk page.
