Shortcut: WP:FFU

Welcome to Files for Upload, administered by WikiProject Articles for creation. This process was created to allow unregistered users to add new files to Wikipedia with the assistance of experienced Wikipedians. If you'd like to upload an image yourself, you can create an account and after four days and 10 edits you'll be autoconfirmed and able to upload files. However, please consider uploading free files over at the Wikimedia Commons (instructions for creating an account there can be found here).

Submitting a Request

Non-free media use rationale for Altoros Description Logo of Altoros Source Copied from Altoros official web site, and intellectual property owned by Altoros. Article Altoros Portion used Whole logo used to avoid misrepresenting brand image. Low resolution? Logo was selected in order to maintain the quality intended, without being unnecessarily high resolution. Purpose of use Identification and critical commentary in the Altoros article, a subject of public interest. The logo confirms to readers they have reached the correct article, and illustrates the intended branding message. Replaceable? Logo is protected by copyright and trademark, therefore a free use alternative won't exist.

In simpler words, articles about living people usually are not illustrated with fair use images, since it would be easy to take a free image. Obviously, an exception to this would be if the person is very elderly and is solely known for acts performed at a much younger age (for example, an aged Olympic athlete), but I do not believe this is the case here.
