The West Coast Senior Lacrosse Association is a Senior-level Canadian box lacrosse league. The teams are located in British Columbia. The champions on the West Coast league move to compete for the Presidents Cup, the Canadian National Senior B championship.

The League was founded in 1968 as the Inter-City Lacrosse League. In 1973, the league became the West Coast Senior Lacrosse League.
