Warren Peters (born July 10, 1982, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) is a professional Canadian ice hockey player currently playing for the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League.

He was signed as a free agent by the Calgary Flames in August 2005. Since signing with the Flames, Peters has played in the team's farm system, first for the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights, then with the Quad City Flames. Peters was recalled by the Flames as an injury call-up on December 7, 2008, and made his NHL debut with the Flames that night against the New York Rangers. Peters played 16 games in Calgary, recording one goal. He signed a one year deal with the Stars in the 2009 off-season.
