Walid Cherfa (Arabic: وليد شرفة‎) (born February 19, 1986 in Toulouse, France) is a French-Algerian footballer who is currently playing for Gimnàstic de Tarragona in the Spanish second division, as a defender.

A Toulouse FC youth graduate, Cherfa appeared sparingly for the first team during the 2006-07 season, subsequently serving a stint with third division team Tours FC.

In August 2008, he moved to Spain, joining Gimnàstic de Tarragona, in the second division.

Cherfa's brother, Sofiane, is also a footballer and a defender, currently playing with second division team CS Sedan Ardennes.
