Wakōshi Station (和光市駅 Wakōshi-eki?) is a Tobu Railway and Tokyo Metro station, located in Wakō, Saitama, Japan. Tōbu Railway manages this station.

This station is the only Tokyo Metro station located in Saitama Prefecture.

  • 6 trains to Shin-Kiba on the Yūrakuchō Line, of which:

  • 8 trains to Shibuya on the Fukutoshin Line, of which:

  • February 1, 1934: Opens as Niikura Station (にいくら駅?) on the Tōbu Tōjō Line.[1]
  • July 21, 1934: Station name changed to kanji (新倉駅).[1]
  • October 1, 1951: Renamed Yamato-machi Station (大和町駅?).[1]
  • December 20, 1970: Renamed Wakōshi Station.
  • August 25, 1987: Yūrakuchō Line opens.
  • June 14, 2008: Fukutoshin Line opens.
