Wahbi al-Bouri (Arabic: وهبي البوري‎) was the Foreign minister of Libya from 1957 to 1958 and later from 1965 to 1966.

He was also the first Libyan Ambassdor, the first Libyan petrol minister, the first libyan ambassdor in the United Nations and the first Libyan short stories writer.
