Psyche et L'Amour, by William-Adolphe Bouguereau In Roman mythology, Voluptas or Volupta, was the beautiful daughter born from the union of Cupid and Psyche. She is known as the goddess of "sensual pleasures" whose Latin name means "pleasure" or "bliss".
