Vladislav Stoyanov (Bulgarian: Владислав Стоянов), real last name is Mitkov, (born 8 June 1987) is a Bulgarian footballer, currently playing for Chernomorets Burgas as a goalkeeper. He was raised in CSKA Sofia's youth teams. On 18-years old signed first professional contract with Chernomorets Burgas. On July 2008, Dinamo Kyiv officially invited Stoyanov to join the training sessions for a week.

From 2007 he is also a member of the Bulgaria national under-21 football team.
