Victory Base Complex or VBC, as it is most commonly called, is a cluster of U.S. military installations surrounding the Baghdad International Airport (BIAP). The primary component of the VBC is Camp Victory, and is the location of the Al-Faw Palace, which serves as the headquarters for the Multi-National Corps - Iraq.^[1]
