Victor Joseph Mignogna (born August 27, 1965 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania) is an American voice actor and musician who has done voice work for dozens of anime series, movies, and video games. Vic is best known for his dub role of Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist and Broly in Dragon Ball Z.

Vic tried out for Bleach, and received the part of Ikkaku Madarame.[1][2] Vic has also performed an English version of Byakuya: True Light (白夜~true light~, White Night ~true light~?) from D.N.Angel, English versions of Hikari e (光へ, lit. To the Light?), We Are!, and the eleventh ending, A to Z from One Piece, and an English version of Brothers, or Bratja, from Fullmetal Alchemist. Vic has just recently sang the new theme Song for Dragonball GT Remastered that is an adaption of the theme song Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku[citation needed]
Mr. Mignogna also appeared on Star Search in 1993, singing a song called "Worth Waiting For".[3] He has recently appeared in such shows as Darker Than BLACK, Heroic Age and Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple. He also made his Directorial Debut in Claymore in which he also plays the role of Rigaldo.[4]
The American Anime Awards presented Vic an award for Best Actor in a lead role for his work in Fullmetal Alchemist.[5]
Recently, Vic has been involved with the fan series Star Trek: Phase II. He co-directed the episode "Enemy: Starfleet" and played the Andorian Captain, and he directed "KITUMBA" and played Malkthon the Klingon.[6]
