Ventura County Fusion is an American women’s soccer team, founded in 2008. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues W-League, the second tier of women’s soccer in the United States and Canada. The team plays in the Western Conference against teams from Azusa, Denver, Fort Collins, Los Angeles, Seattle and Vancouver.

The team plays its home games at Bulldog Stadium on the grounds of Buena High School in the city of Ventura, California, 60 miles west of downtown Los Angeles. The club's colors are blue, orange and white.

The team is a sister organization of the men's Ventura County Fusion team, which plays in the USL Premier Development League.
