[edit] Deluge notability

All articles are required to be referenced to significant coverage (not a few paragraphs, but significant coverage) in independent (not from the developer or those related to the developer, and preferable mainstream sources) and reliable sources (blogs and forums do not count as sources). Notability is a Wikipedia requirement because it separates subject matter suited to an encyclopedia from subject matter that is insignificant. The notability policy explains this.
