[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Spacehab logo.png

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Spacehab logo.png. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Hello Nicholas, I am an Admin on the German Wikipedia (de:WP). I was rather surprised about this edit of yours. Aside from the fact that you have no admin privileges on de:WP, this is not how we propose a Deletion on de:WP, let alone actually delete an article. Hi Nick,

Would you mind helping re-establish a non-advertising orientated ooVoo definition and reference. The page was created by consumers interested in sharing knowledge about the company and finding out more about its origins. I work for ooVoo and have helped to maintain the page following examples of similar companies trying to ensure it was not overtly advertorial.

I would appeal that if there were elements that were overtly advertising related, that these elements are removed. Removing the entire reference to the company and service is a little extreme.

you look like an experienced editor, but some of these tools may help you. I see the nominator did not message you that this article was to be deleted.

The article you created: List of fonts in Mac OS X may be deleted from Wikipedia.

There is an ongoing debate about whether your article should be deleted here:

• Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of fonts in Mac OS X.

The faster you respond on this page, the better chance the article you created can be saved.

Finding sources which mention the topic of your article is the very best way to avoid an article being deleted {{Findsources3}}:

Find sources for List of fonts in Mac OS X: google news recent, google news old, google books, google scholar, NYT recent, NYT old, a9, msbooks, msacademic ...You can then cite these results in the Article for deletion discussion.

Also, there are several tools and helpful editors on Wikipedia who can help you:

1. List the page on Article Rescue Squadron. You can get help listing your page on the Article Rescue Squadron talk page.

2. At any time, you can ask any administrator to move your article to a special page. (Called userfication)

3. You can request a mentor to help you: Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User. But don't wait for a mentor to respond to you before responding on the article for deletion page.

4. When trying to delete a page, veteran editors love to use a lot of rule acronyms. These acronyms don't need to intimidate you. Here is a list of acronyms you can use yourself: Deletion debate acronyms, which will help you argue that the article should be kept.
