[edit] En dashes

I saw your question at the doctor's mess, and researched it, only to find that you removed it before I could answer! Anyway, the answer is:

  1. Jadassohn–Pellizzari anetoderma is named after Josef Jadassohn and Celso Pellizzari, so use an en dash;
  2. Jaffe–Campanacci syndrome is named after Mario Campanacci and Henry Lewis Jaffe, so use an en dash;

A single person with a double surname = use a hyphen. Two or more people = use an en dash. I can't think of anywhere where we might use an em dash in an article title. Hope that helps. --RexxS (talk) 01:58, 18 December 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Poikiloderma vasculare atrophicans

I will be glad to contribute a section to this article; I'm probably most comfortable writing either a Treatment or Prognosis section. Let me know which one you need/prefer... I'll start ASAP :-) Rcej (Robert) - talk 04:41, 19 December 2009 (UTC)

Hmm, okay... I'm seeing those type of sections aren't really fitting for this condition; but I will be sure and contribute to this article wherever I see something that needs fiddling with.-- Rcej (Robert) - talk 04:12, 22 December 2009 (UTC)

Re: Yes, I can get it up to DYK; but it will take a while longer than usual, mainly because sources for this condition are somewhat scattered, particularly from journals. But, so long as time isn't an issue, I will be able to get it up there more than likely.-- Rcej (Robert) - talk 01:52, 23 December 2009 (UTC)

[edit] en dash snafu

I will get those little en dashes down one of these days. The concept isn't difficult. Disease named after two people = en dash. Uggh. Thanks for taking care of that. Kindly Calmer Waters 17:35, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

No problem! ---18:34, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Apostrophes

OK I changed the links on the page, and created all the redirects (some will be to no-where right now. Rich Farmbrough, 14:58, 22 December 2009 (UTC).

[edit] And now, for FV's traditional last-minute nonsectarian holiday greeting!

Windbuchencom.jpg Here’s wishing you a happy end to the holiday season and a wonderful 2010.

I'm chipping away at the letter "L", by the way :) Fvasconcellos (t·c) 15:19, 25 December 2009 (UTC)
