Hi, "Mr." Lawrence: I will eventually get around to revealing the true character of this Jewish chessplayer, financier and patent guru who went by (the name) Isaac L. Rice. Let me just say that Mr. Rice (had ulterior motives) and somehow ended up with William Woodnut Griscom's patents - as Griscom did not want to part with them... and refused to sell his patents to Rice - but died a "mysterious" death in an "accident" while hunting and hiking outdoors. (Bigfoot appeared today). So Mr. Rice ended up with these patents anyways - as he stopped at next-to-nothing to get what he wanted. Mr. Rice also somehow ended up with the majority of John Philip Holland's patents as he profited (enormously) with ill-gotten gains - acquried largely through the hard work and innovations of others - who founded The Electric Boat Company/General Dynamics... i.e. John Philip Holland/Arthur Leopold Busch etc... This company was not founded by Rice as they continue to insist to this very day! Company archives and records do not reflect on the true events that transpired during their heyday and initial success selling submarines to any nation that wanted them - so long as it was lucritive to the new management under Rice and Frost... (Elihu B. Frost).

Rice was brought to federal court (several times/for several reasons/by several disgruntaled former employees over company mismanagement and fraud) but simply could not recall the events that led to Holland's demise within his own company, not to mention how he ended up with most all of Holland's patents! Rice quickly took refuge in very poor memories - in front of a New Jersey State Judge - as they looked the other way... as they were being bribed by this pettifogger who practiced in chicanery in the process. Corruption ran amuck at this time. Politicians on Capitol Hill were prone to taking bribes from people like Rice. This is something (that is) not mentioned by today's Electric Boat.

Plese check the International Directory of Company Histories article about General Dynamics, as the company is well known to have been steeped in scandals and run by "accumen" in an unscrupleless manner. The Electric Boat Company continues to "brush-off" many crucial events that led to the success of "their" company back when it was being founded - and by whom?

See article in Naval History Magazine entitled: Who Built Those Subs? Published by The United States Naval Institute, Annapolis, MD. 1998 Sept-October 125th issue. The man in this article (about Arthur L. Busch) and (his) key role pioneering Electric Boat's first submarines at Navy Lt. Lewis Nixon's Crescent Shipyard located in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Sadly, Mr. Busch was never acknowledged, credited (or respected in any way) for any of the vital contributions that he made to Electric Boat. He was also never compensated with (his share) of company stock for (all of) his hard work while building the Imperial Japanese Navy's first fleet of submarines in Japan. This was accomplished at the Yokosuka Naval Arsenal in 1905. ["Typical/Stereotypical viewpoint of "these types" of people who like to conceal there identities and "hide" behind an "assumed" name etc...] "This is" no thanks to Rice or any of his corrupt cronies who took EB over... including: Frank Taylor Cable, Elihu B. I appreciate your effort, but it had the unfortunate consequence of making the other errors slower to be detected and a little harder to fix. I've patched it up now and everything's fine, but I'm dropping you this note on the assumption that you'd prefer to know that this happened so you can remember to double-check the next time. Would you do me a favor and put a vandalism admonition on the talk page for user 24.148.19.179 (I think it should be at User talk:24.148.19.179)? The guy obviously won't stop with the "not gay" addition to the Good Ole Song lyrics, and I'd like to get his IP address blocked, but having admonitions from multiple established users would be helpful in that cause.
