In essence, I'm 21, I'm a chick, I live in Adelaide, I hang out here a bit when I have time off from university. Having returned after such a lengthy stretch of time means that a lot of the users I previously felt very close to have either grown disillusioned, or have simply lost interest in the project. Many familiar names and faces have gone missing. I realise that Wikipedia has little need for retention of users, given the fleeting nature of many people's editing of the site. However, it's a bit of a personal loss. It also means a chance to make new friends and acquaintances, so feel free to drop by for a chat!
