Kaloethos, or R. Marie Ost (b. July 31, 1983) as she prefers to be called, is a history major living in Maryville, Missouri. A native of Kansas City, Missouri, she is a product of Lincoln College Preparatory Academy, graduating in 2002. Active in the Society for Creative Anachronism in the Kingdom of Calontir, her main area of study is that of Constantinople in the sixth century, under the rule of Justinian and Theodora.
