[edit] Why I Have Become a Wikipedian
I really do not plan to contribute considerably to Wikipedia, but I sure like its concept, have benefited a lot of it already, and I liked the thought of at least being able to make an addition or even a correction when I think it's indispensible. I can be quite an imbearable know-it-all at times, so creating this account was probably a wise choice, if not unavoidable :o)

Just in case I comment on some discussion page or have a suggestion, you will by the following get some idea of who you're dealing with:
I like computer games too much, I like observing the world in real, by tv, on the web, although I hate the fact that observing regularly conflicts with activity, which I also like (especially sense-of-life-wise), I like programming, making music of virtually all styles, laughing, contemplation, company and solitude, to add to contradiction.
I like exciting enterprises of which kind whatsoever, as long as it is with other people (riding, rafting and that wilderness sort of stuff, though most of it is really not that wild and I usually have to put up with ordinary biking, swimming, bbq, cocktail-bars and cafés), I like language as means of communication, I like talking and listening, I like science, philosophy and nature.
Actually, I like too much to get along with a short human being's life, especially with all that computer gaming :o)
I have a steady girlfriend whom I love, a company car and a home, no kids yet, but I will plant a tree and buy a pet next week. I am handsome and modest, advocate of the world peace and generally against evil and supporter of the good, as I try to avoid the wrong and prefer doing the right instead.
No idea if this gives a coarse impression - probably depends on how good you are at knowing people... anyway, just that's me in brief.
(Btw, I do not only have German ancestors(see userbox on the right), but am born in Germany and live here - so probably just as German as you can get - I simply could not find an appropriate box).
Of course, I will soon add a lot of details, improve the structure and include some sophisticated diagrams, breathtaking flash plug-ins as well as a completely intuitive 3D-interface, a twin-turbo engine, less calories and something that tastes better than liquorice.
Until that time comes, we'll have to do with this plain profile.

I have just learned how to deal with userboxes and think they are a nice way to express POVs and personal attributes. I did NOT think, however, that a little searching the archives would flood my page with them :o) Oh well. I should sort some out again. Some time.
