In a nutshell, I spend most of my time reverting/removing vandalism, copy-editing articles for grammar and spelling, creating new userboxes (though I affectionately refer to them as "userboxen"), and generally helping Wikipedia not look like the end-result of an earthquake (which, I suppose, is more than what could be said for this huge gap in the userpage; ouch).
