The University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law is a scholarly journal focusing on issues of constitutional law published via print and electronic media by an organization of second- and third-year J.D. students at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. The University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law provides a forum for the interdisciplinary study of and rigorous analysis of constitutional law. To that end, The Journal cultivates innovative scholarship, promotes critical perspectives, and reinvents the traditional study of constitutional law. The Journal publishes five issues each volume, including an issue or issues devoted to the Journal's symposium. The Journal also has a relationship with the National Constitution Center and has an interdisciplinary relationship with Penn’s Political Science Department, School of Social Work, the Medical School, and the Wharton School. The Journal is one of five major scholarly journals at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and one of the top fifty law journals in the United States based on citations and impact.[1] The Journal is published in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, site of the Constitutional Convention of 1787 and home of the Liberty Bell, which graces the cover of the Journal. Volume 10 of the Journal was led by Editor-in-Chief Nabeel Yousef and Managing Editor Doron P. Kenter. Volume 11 of the Journal was led by Jeremy Adler as Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor, Kimberly Yuhas. Volume 12 of the Journal will be led by its new Editor-in-Chief, Jonathan Adams, and Managing Editor, Andrea Engel.
