Umagang Kay Ganda (A Beautiful Morning) is a morning show airing on ABS-CBN and simulcast on ABS-CBN News Channel. It premiered June 25, 2007, and airs weekday early mornings.

The main ingredient they have added in this morning show is audience interaction and participation. In line with this new format, they are airing their show from Club O (formerly Dish) in the ABS-CBN compound to make the show more accessible to the public. The show includes live Traffic points and Regional News. The had set up at least 6 Traffic points at the following areas:

NLEX - Balintawak (going to Manila and Bulacan)
SLEX - San Pedro in Laguna (going to Makati and Laguna province)
España Boulevard in Sampaloc, Manila (going to Welcome Rotonda and Manila City Jail)
Katipunan Avenue near UP Diliman (going to Pasig and Commonwealth Avenue)
Quezon Boulevard in Quiapo (going to Lawton and C.M. Recto)
EDSA - Kamuning (going to Cubao and Quezon Avenue)
Commonwealth Avenue (going to Quezon Memorial Circle and Fairview)

Umagang Kay Ganda is also show simulcast on ABS-CBN News Channel.

Umagang Kay Ganda is one of the latest TV offerings of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, the station that produced such morning shows such as Alas Singko Y Medya and Magandang Umaga, Pilipinas.

At 6:30 am or after the 6:00 News bulletin, Umagang Kay Ganda is being interrupted in other cities for their own local morning show. ABS-CBN Dagupan shows Gandang Umaga, Kapamilya; ABS-CBN Baguio shows Naimbag nga Morning Kapamilya(Good Morning, Kapamilya); ABS-CBN Socsksargen airs Magandang Umaga Socsksargen; ABS-CBN Cagayan de Oro airs Pamahaw Espesyal; ABS-CBN Cebu airs Maayong Buntag Kapamilya', ABS-CBN Davao's Maayong Buntag Mindanao. Other local morning shows include The Morning Show, and Marhay na Aga Kapamilya. Locally-produced morning shows usually has a length of 30 minutes.

The following cities have their own local morning show every 6:30 AM (partial):

Umagang Kay Ganda resumes on these cities at 7:00 or 7:30 AM. These locally-produced shows are similar to the opt-outs by the BBC Regions during BBC Breakfast or by ITV Regions during GMTV. The only difference is that sometimes, Umagang Kay Ganda is interrupted abruptly. Also, because selected cities have their own local shows in the morning, the anchors of the 6:00 News bulletin do not turn over to the cities formally for their local show, unlike BBC Breakfast.

In January of 2009, Ginger Conejero joins the chamber of Morning Show host of the said morning show.

In May 11, 2009 Umagang Kay Ganda launched the "Boto Mo Ipatrol Mo Ako Ang Simula Halalan 2010" for the preparation of the Election in the philippines next year (2010)..

Umagang Kay Ganda has four news bulletins during the program:

5:15 - latest news that happened during the night hours, usually police reports. Anchors are Alex Santos and Bernadette Sembrano.
6:00 - latest national and international news. Anchors are Pinky Webb, Alex Santos, and Bernadette Sembrano for the regional news.
7:15 - latest international news. Anchor is Alex Santos.
8:30 - more developments about the news that happened during the night hours. Anchor is Pinky Webb.

Unlike the news bulletins in the past morning shows, Umagang Kay Ganda bulletins do not have a specific name. During the Magandang Umaga, Bayan days, the bulletins are named ABS-CBN News Patrol; during the Magandang Umaga, Pilipinas days, the bulletins are named Patrol Express.

The 6:00 news bulletin is considered as the "main" news bulletin.
