The Official UK Dance Chart is a chart compiled by The Official UK Charts Company from sales in record shops and download sites. Although the chart does not receive any airplay, its compilation is viewed on BBC Radio 1's website and publications such as Charts Plus and Music Week.

Downloads became eligible to the Dance Album Chart in June 2009, and to the Dance Singles Chart in November 2009. Prior to that, only 12" sales in record shops selling predominately dance records were used.

In addition to the OCC The Official UK Dance Chart, Music Week publishes a number of Club charts which are compiled by Music Week (and formerly Record Mirror) chart analyst Alan Jones using data from DJ returns in various UK dance clubs. The charts are: Upfront Club, Commercial Pop, Urban, Cool Cuts, and Upfront Breakers.
