Tyrone Williams (born March 26, 1970, in Halifax, Nova Scotia) is a retired wide receiver who played in the National Football League as well as the Canadian Football League. He won two Super Bowl rings as a member of the Dallas Cowboys in Super Bowl XXVII and Super Bowl XXVIII, though he did not participate in either game.[1] He later won the 84th Grey Cup as a member of the Toronto Argonauts. In 2004, he was inducted into the Nova Scotia Sport Hall of Fame.

Williams played basketball and football at Queen Elizabeth High School. He went on to attend the University of Western Ontario, winning the Vanier Cup as a member of the Mustangs football team.

He is the only player to win a Vanier Cup ring, a Grey Cup ring, and a Super Bowl ring.[2][3]
