The Trevor Barker Award is an Australian Rules Football award for the player voted the St Kilda Football Club Best & Fairest player during the home and away season in the Australian Football League. The votes are made by a voting panel.

The St Kilda Football Club Best & Fairest has been awarded since 1914. It has been awarded by the name Trevor Barker Award since the late 1990s to honour the name and memory of former St Kilda Football Club player and reserves coach Trevor Barker. He had a distinguished career and was considered one of the Saints best players throughout the 1980s. He was an inspirational footballer known for his spectacular marking and contribution to the club.

Barker won St Kilda's Best & Fairest award in 1976 and 1981.

Barker also coached the Sandringham Football Club to the premiership in the then VFA in 1992 and 1994. The Trevor Barker Beach Oval, home of the Sandringham Football Club in the VFL is also named in his honour.
