Tower 123 is a proposed business tower, located in Zagreb, Croatia, expected to become the tallest building in Croatia and one of the tallest buildings in the whole region. It will be built at the intersection of the Ljubljanska and Selska streets, in the southwest corner, at 45°47′37″N 15°56′38″E / 45.79361°N 15.94389°E / 45.79361; 15.94389Coordinates: 45°47′37″N 15°56′38″E / 45.79361°N 15.94389°E / 45.79361; 15.94389.

It will be 123 m tall and consist of at least 30 stories. Construction of the tower was expected to start in 2007 or in 2008, but as of late 2009^[update] no progress has been reported.
