Tom Fox is a singer-songwriter from England, whose style has been described as a fusion of soul, pop, blues, disco, funk and acid jazz. His music has been released on the Wavemusic (jazz) label in Europe.

Tom Fox's debut album Midnight Rain was produced by a Switzerland based producer, Signorino TJ who has produced artists in Europe for Sony BMG. Tracks from the album were broadcast on stations in Europe, and the United States. In 2004 "Midnight Rain" was nominated for two independent music awards in the United States.

His second release Slowly EP. Slowly was produced by Tom Fox and Gary Fuston at G House studios in Oklahoma City. It features collaborations with Gary Fuston and a guest appearance by mid-west guitar veteran Maurice Johnson. Rather than distributing the EP to record stores, it was put up on his website and offered for free download.

Fox's latest CD, Ocean's Caress, was self produced in a cottage in Pembrokeshire and features 4 songs, Wait, Chasing God, Man of Sorrows and Perla. Again songs from this release have been made available at his website for legal download.
