Thompson "Tom" Danby is a former international rugby player. He played international rugby at both rugby union and rugby league for England and played for Great Britain at rugby league. His position was winger.

Tom Danby won one rugby union cap for England in their defeat to Wales in January 1949.^[1]

The following August he signed for Salford Rugby League ^[2]

Whilst at Salford he won caps for England in 1950 against Wales (2 matches), and France, and won caps for Great Britain in 1950 against Australia (2 matches), and New Zealand.^[3]
