Thomas Rudolphus Dallmeyer (1859–1906), English optician, was the son of John Henry Dallmeyer who ran an optics business.

He assumed control of the business on the failure of his father's health, was principally known as the first to introduce the telephoto lens into ordinary practice (patented 1891), and he was the author of a standard book on the subject (Telephotography, 1899). He served as president of the Royal Photographic Society in 1900-1903.
