Thomas M. Achenbach (born 1940) is a Professor of Psychiatry, Professor of Psychology and Director of the Center for Children Youth and Families at the University of Vermont.

He took his B.A. at Yale University in 1962, and his Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota in 1966.
