The Simpsons Cartoon Studio is a computer game based on the animated television series The Simpsons that was released for Windows and Macintosh computers in 1996 by Fox Interactive.

Though often coined as a game, The Simpsons Cartoon Studio is actually a design application for creating small cartoons using characters, sounds, music, and locations from the television show The Simpsons. The application comes with hundreds of animations of many of the show's characters and allows users to create and export cartoons that can be viewed by anyone who has a bundled application called The Simpsons Cartoon Player.

The Cartoon Studio includes 50 special effects, 270 props and 45 backgrounds and is created with over 10,000 individual cells, hand-drawn by actual The Simpsons cartoonists. It uses an improved version of the interface from Felix the Cat's Cartoon Toolbox. A demo version is offered for download, which has a limited number of background sets, characters, and props.
