The Gentles is a Luxembourgish rap group of Pétange in Luxembourg. They sing in Luxembourgish, French, English and German.

2002 the group was founded adn 2003 with the single "Firwat?" they reached the top of the radio charts off RTL-Luxembourg.

2004 the title was changed to "Why?" because they had rapped in different langues. The song rebels against alcohol in the car, in Belgien, Luxembourg and everywhere.

2005 they released there first album Gentle Attitude.
