The CW4Kids is a Saturday morning cartoon block on The CW that premiered on Saturday, May 24, 2008 in the place of Kids' WB (now an online network). The block is programmed by 4Kids Entertainment, which programmed the competing 4Kids TV block (which was discontinued on December 27, 2008, on the FOX network while Fox added an informercial block for Saturday mornings on January 3, 2009). Even though 4Kids TV was discontinued as its now online only, this programming block will continue to use the 4Kids name, to reflect to the network it airs on.
