[edit] Changed the flag

I've changed the flag to Modified_Flag_for_WikiProject_England.bmp.jpg, which is used on the members banner, as the original image wasn't showing up.--Cenwulf 08:54, 25 September 2007 (UTC) Reverted it back, as it worked OK in Firefox, but my IE isn't displaying it properly.
