If the capital is the same as the largest city, simply put "Capital and Largest City" as the value for the CapitalLargest parameter.

If the capital is not the same as the largest, put {{CapitalNotLargest|[[x]]}} as the value for the CapitalLargest parameter, and replace x with the name of the capital. -- ran (talk) 06:44, 3 December 2005 (UTC)

Fill in the {{{Capital}}} and {{{LargestCity}}} parameters separately; the template will merge them automatically if they're the same.

The "Governor" label will automatically change to "Chairman" if [[Autonomous region of China|Autonomous region]] is the value for {{{AdministrationType}}}.

You can specify a custom description for the locator map with the {{{MapLabel}}} parameter. If the parameter is left undefined, then a default message will be displayed. -- ran (talk) 20:01, 15 December 2005 (UTC)

Oh, but maintain a redirect from ...Automous Region... to this Infobox, that way the code is maintained in one location both two different names can used. It's similar to {{Infobox City}} and {{Infobox Village}}. —MJCdetroit ^(yak) 17:18, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
