[edit] Banner colour

I wanted to change the blue background of the header, but there are several blues to choose from

	FRANCE	kit colour on team article page
	FRANCE	blue of colour of Image:Flag of France.svg
	FRANCE	blue of colour of Image:France football shirt badge.png

My policy is to use the flag's colour, so that there is no colour clash. I'm changing it to that, but I won't object to anyone else's suggestions.
