I'm going to revert your reversion of the change I made to the heading (whew! that's a long phrase), Naufana, per WP:MOS. The Manual of Style says Capitalize the first letter only of the first word and of any proper nouns in a heading, and leave all of the other letters in lowercase. It doesn't seem like stretching should just be under ears. You can stretch other parts of your body too: notably lips and nose.
