To add an article to the list, simply add the template to the talk page of the article with the following parameters:

class: Options are FA, A, GA, B, Start, Stub, Dab, Template, Cat, Image, List, NA. If blank, this will default as Unassessed. Descriptions of the options can be found at Wikipedia:Version 1.0 Editorial Team/Assessment. NA is "not applicable".
