Usage:
{{subst:uw-delete1|subst=subst:}}{{subst:uw-delete1|Article|subst=subst:}} references a specific article{{subst:uw-delete1|Article|Additional text|subst=subst:}} adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you"
