This template is a combination of Template:Disputed-section and Template:POV-section. Consider using one of those templates instead, if appropriate, and read the usage information at those templates.

Usage

Place {{Totally-disputed-section}} at the top of the disputed section, then explain your reasons on the article's talk page. To specify the section of the talk page, use {{Totally-disputed-section|talk page section name}}. Articles using this template as shown above are placed into Category:NPOV disputes and Category:Accuracy disputes.

This template can take an optional date parameter in the format {{Totally-disputed-section|date = <month> <year>}} or {{Totally-disputed-section|talk page section name|date = <month> <year>}}. If the date is not included it will probably be added later by a WP:BOT. Articles using this template with a date are added to Category:NPOV disputes from <month> <year> and Category:Accuracy disputes from <month> <year>.
